Jen Schober, BAAS, NTP

Jen’s path into Nutritional Therapy was shaped by more than fifteen years of navigating chronic digestive challenges and searching for lasting relief. That journey cultivated both deep empathy and careful discernment, along with a strong desire to help others feel supported in their own health process.

Today, her work centers on supporting individuals with complex and chronic health concerns. She focuses on identifying nutrient imbalances related to illness, absorption challenges, and medication use, while uncovering potential deficiencies that contribute to brain fog, inflammation, joint pain, weakness, fatigue, gut imbalances, and other persistent symptoms. Jen brings a meticulous, research-driven approach to layered health histories, helping clients uncover often-overlooked factors that impact long-term stability.

Her approach is steady and thoughtful, grounded in the belief that clarity creates confidence, inspires hope and empowers individuals to move forward with greater understanding and direction.

Kait Schober, CPT, CNC, NTP

Kait’s passion for health and fitness began early and has been shaped by over seven years of experience in the fitness industry. Previously running a fitness franchise and working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, she has helped hundreds of individuals build healthy habits across many different seasons of life.

Her understanding of nutrition deepened profoundly after recovering from a severe car accident that fractured her spine. Navigating pain, inflammation, and the long process of rebuilding strength gave her firsthand insight into how deeply nutrition influences healing, energy, and resilience. This experience sparked a deeper understanding of how the body responds to support and ultimately inspired her to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

By expanding her focus beyond food alone to include stress, sleep, and blood sugar regulation, Kait’s work evolved into a more comprehensive, foundational approach to health. Today, she specializes in supporting individuals navigating weight management challenges, metabolic imbalance, and insulin resistance. Her work blends intentional nutrition, movement, and lifestyle support to help stabilize energy, regulate blood sugar, and rebuild trust in the body.

Her approach is grounded, educational, and empowering, rooted in the belief that when the body is properly supported, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
